A Century of Craft in a Single Glass

This “very old” PX is drawn from a solera begun in 1918 and aged for a minimum of 15 years in American oak barrels, with annual tastings to ensure only the finest barrels are bottled.

Production:
Extremely limited, with only small quantities released annually due to the age and concentration of the solera stock.

🌡️ Temperature: Recommended temperature to enjoy: 14ºC.
🍷 Glass: Wide and open glass, but always in moderate quantity.
🛢️ Aging Potential: Under optimal conditions it can exceed 50 years.
