The PX Cosecha Delicado captures the pure, fresh essence of Pedro Ximénez grapes before they fully raisin. Grapes are hand-picked and gently sun-dried, then fermented in French oak with an airtight closure to preserve vibrant fruit notes while achieving a natural sweetness.

🍷 Glass: Ampoule and open glass, but always in moderate quantity.
