Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Rye

A straight rye whiskey, so arguably one of less often encountered types in Ireland. Subtle on the nose (likely due to its mash bill of 53% rye), with interesting wood and mint notes on the palate. The finish feels more spicy.
