Tipperary Homegrown Barley Single Malt

A great new entry from Tipperary, distilled from their own homegrown barley (Spring Barley - Olympus), grown on their land, matured in a traditional farm shed, right beside the farmhouse. The cask was sourced from Bodegas Faustino in Spain and was previously used to age Rioja wine.
