The Whistler Mosaic is a small batch Single Grain whiskey that was matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Sicilian Marsala fortified wine casks. This creates a fantastically smooth whiskey imbued with honey, vanilla, stewed apricots and hints of spice.
