Foundation Tabernacle CT-142 flips the script on what you expect from the Tabernacle line. Created by Nicholas Melillo, this version swaps the usual Broadleaf for a Connecticut wrapper—without losing the soul of the blend.

Underneath, it’s still built on rich Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos, but the Connecticut Habano leaf brings a smoother, more composed delivery. You’ll get notes of cedar, nuts, light cream, and a touch of baking spice, with subtle earth and pepper sitting in the background. It’s medium-bodied, but carries enough depth to keep it interesting all the way through.

Think of it less as a lighter Tabernacle—and more as a cleaner, more refined expression of it.
