The Liberator Malt (Miniature 40ml)

This is a vatted malt, comprising 22% 2006 Cooley Single Malt and 2015 Great Northern Single Malt. The younger whiskey spent 9–12 months in fresh Tawny Port Casks, contributing a fantastic golden red colour and intensity, richness and complexity to the whiskey. Cut gently over 5–6 weeks, reducing the ABV by 1–2% each week, to achieve more smoothness. Natural colour, not chill filtered.
