Sir Walter Scotts - Thrice Brewed

Sir Walter Scotts Thrice Brewed uses Sumatra tobacco processed with a concentrate made from twice-boiled tobacco leaf in salt water, following an 18th-century Indian method from Masulipatnam. Each kilogram of snuff is treated with concentrate from two kilograms of leaf boiled with Maldon Sea Salt and Indian Arrack.

The snuff has a coarse grind with moist texture and strong nicotine content. Tasting notes include grape, plum, and cocoa, with a tobacco aroma that has fruity and smoky elements. The colour is dark brown.
