Rooster Rojo Tequila Ahumado

A smoky, delicate and balanced artisanal tequila that is made from a mixture of agave slowly roasted in an earth oven for 48 hours and cooked agave. After fermentation, it is double-distilled and then left to rest in oak barrels for two months.
