The Redbreast 21 year old is a marvellous pure pot still, with great depth and flavour. Aged in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks and bottled at 46%, the Redbreast 21 year old has a remarkable aroma of tropical and dried fruits, flavours of vanilla, oak and fresh fruit and a long, lingering spicy finish.
