Lambay Reserve Cask Single Malt Series 01

Enjoy the first release from Lambay's limited edition Batch 01 Reserve Cask Series.

This Single Malt is triple distilled, bourbon cask matured, and finished in hand-selected Cognac casks that have been exposed to the sea air before finally crafting with Lambay Island Trinity Well water. With more focus on oak and a 2nd-fill cognac cask finish, notes of Pepper, Rosemary, Honeysuckle and Tobacco create a rich mouthfeel with a long lingering herbal finish.
