The K222 has heart behind the hype,  it’s Pete Johnson’s tribute to his dog Kona.

And like the pup that inspired it, this cigar has some bite. It’s a Cuban-seed Ecuador Habano wrapper with Nicaraguan filler, delivering cocoa, roasted nuts, pepper, and a steady backbone of earth. Medium-to-full, elegant but not delicate, it balances strength and style the way only Tatuaje does. The K222 is collectible for the story, but worth smoking for the flavor. Dog lovers and heavy-hitters alike should have at least one box tucked away.
