James J. Fox Irish Whiskey Batch No. 1

A new chapter in our 140-year story – we're proud to present the first batch of James J. Fox Irish Whiskey!

We wanted this release to reflect and convey the values we work with as a business – among others, they include provenance and transparency. Each bottle bears the exact origin of the whiskey (Great Northern Distillery) and the blend proportions (80% re-charred grain, 10% sherry malt and 10% peated malt). The whiskey contains no added colouring and was made with no chill-filtration.

Each of the 1,000 individually numbered bottles represents the hallmarks of continuity, service, passion, tradition and quality – all of which we've been proud to uphold since the day James J. Fox opened the front door of our Grafton Street store back in 1881.
