Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Marsala Cask

Another interesting twist on The Shed Distillery previous pot still experiments. Distilled with malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley and Irish Barra oats. Un-malted barley imparts a silky mouthfeel, when combined with Barra oats creates an intriguing creaminess and spiciness to the finish that truly sets this Irish whiskey apart.

Matured in Marsala casks which had previously aged delectable Marsala wines from Sicily in Italy.
