Dalmore Quintessence

The release that marked Master Distiller Richard Paterson's 50 years in the trade. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, Quintessence spends a further five years in five different Californian red wine casks (Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon) hand selected by Paterson specifically for this release.
