Croithlí Distillery presents Quercus Petraea - Sessile Oak Cask Finish. the Irish Oak most commonly used for brandy and wine production.

Croithlí have chosen to source the wood from Slovenia which is synonymous with Italian wine production and is traditionally said to impart a slightly sweeter characteristic than their French counterparts.

Bottled at 46% ABV.
