American Broadleaf tobacco plays a huge part in the flavor of this cigar, featuring it in the wrapper, binder and filler in addition to Pennsylvania Maduro and Honduran Corojo fillers as well. The Corojo plays a large part in flavor too, first being aged for 5 years, before being aged an additional 5 months in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. The result is the American Barrel Aged being a bold, full bodied cigar with flavors of charred wood, pepper spice, with a sweet caramel and bourbon undertone.
