My Father Blue is the García family’s first cigar born, grown and rolled in Honduras, and a bold salute to the blue-and-white Honduran flag that inspired its name.

My Father Blue comes off the tables at the brand-new 78,000-sq-ft factory in El Paraíso, built next door to the family’s inaugural Honduran farm, Finca La Opulencia, and sports a Connecticut Broadleaf rosado wrapper lays a dark-honey sheen over a Honduran binder and estate-grown Corojo & Criollo fillers.

Medium-to-full body. First draws spark cedar and roasted nuts, then open into cocoa, leathery earth and a slow-building pepper that never overpowers. The broadleaf’s natural sweetness keeps the finish long and balanced.
