The Blackwater Wexford Strawberry Gin is a limited edition gin that is made with strawberries grown by Susan Kearns outside Enniscorthy in County Wexford. To enhance the summery scent and pink colour to the gin, they not only distil the strawberries but before bottling the gin, more of them are added in!
