As the name implies, it uses a 109-style cap, which is a hybrid cap that combines the rounded finish of a parejo and a pointed tip like a belicoso. Blend-wise, the Supreme Leaf uses entirely Nicaraguan tobaccos, described as corojo 99 dominant. The line is made at the company’s factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. The Supreme Leaf line is a limited production line.
